In Ohio, at the polls Tuesday.
In Cuyahoga County -- and Strongsville -- it was more like a full head.
Romney garnered just under 49 percent of the vote in the county, while Santorum got about 30 percent. Newt Gingrich followed with 12 percent, and Ron Paul received a little under 9 percent.
Strongsville followed the same pattern. Unofficial results from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections show Romney took about 49 percent of the vote in Strongsville, compared to Santorum's 31 percent.
Gingrich piled up 13 percent of the Strongsville votes; Paul got 7 percent here.
