An 8-year-old Strongsville boy asked two Cleveland Indians to hit home runs for him Saturday.
Not so unusual, right?
Here's the wild part: Both did, reports our partner, NewsNet 5.
Before Saturday's game against the Minnesota Twins, Niko Lanzarotta and his family were watching batting practice.
Niko, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 8 months old, met some players and asked his favorite, Carlos Santana, and Jason Kipnis if they would hit homers for him.
Santana hit a two-run homer in the first. Kipnis added a two-run shot in the third. The Indians defeated the Twins 7-2.
