Strongsville Baseball Coach Says Teachers Strike Played Into Retirement Decision

Josh Sorge says he would like to coach again.

After 10 years of leading the Strongsville High School baseball team, Josh Sorge is retiring. 

The Plain Dealer reports part of his decision was based on the teacher's strike that divided the district. 

"I'd be lying if I said that didn't have a little bit to do with it," he said in the Cleveland.com story. "But, that wasn't the only factor, it wasn't the biggest reason."

Sorge will remain teaching journalism and English at the high school.
