Meanwhile, the Lady Mustangs are off to a 2-1 start. The girls opened the season with a close loss to Highland, then followed with solid victories over Rocky River and Garfield Heights.

Patch-did you really ask "what does the team need to do to win"? It's so obvious it's laughable, but no one will do anything about it. Parents this past year went about things the wrong way...focusing on the wrong points-the emotionality of what they thought was abusive. It's not about abuse. This program has suffered severe neglect for years. It's time for a fresh start & a new coach. Lynch's time has come & gone along time ago. And for all those of you who defended him to "suck up" to him, shame on you. This should be about the kids & a program that should thrive like crazy with all the talented kids we have. Instead we have an amazing high school recreation basketball league this year, ewhich is so much fun to watch-the kids playing, having FUN(for a change) and actually playing very well.

Sound like the powers that be need to address the Basketball coaches as well as Football and boys Soccer. With a district as big as Strongsville there is no excuse for not having winning teams. Better coaching is right under your noses. Does anyone care enough to make the necessary changes? Our kids deserve coaches who are as passionate as they are!

Nothing against the boys program, but maybe the girls need a little more respect and support. They improved their overall season record to 3-1 last night with a 48-23 victory on the road against Normandy.
