Community Update

This is not a place of business. It is a place that deliberately takes your money and refuses to do they charge for. I took my steam cleaner in for a repair in April, water wouldn't squirt out. Everything else was perfect. They took a $20 non-returnable deposit and told me it would be a week or so. After 3 weeks and several calls I was told it was ready to pick up and that the pump had to be replaced. I picked it up and paid an additional $67. NOTHING had been done. I took it back. 4 weeks later and after several calls I picked it up again. Same thing! NOTHING was repaired. When I called to tell them I wanted a refund they refused and told me to bring it back for the 3rd time. Upon reading similar posts, I think it's time to write the Atty. General and Ohio Consumer division and file a formal complaint. I paid $87 for work that was never performed.
