A free self-defense clinic for women and teenage girls will be held from 7-9 p.m. Nov. 10 at the , 18100 Royalton Rd.
The Clinic, which will be led by of , is presented by the Strongsville Rotary Club.
The "Don't Be A Victim" workshop will focus on providing women with information on safety awareness, evading assault and self-defense skills.

The use of basic hand strikes, blocks, simple kicks and easy ways to escape from grabs or holds will be explored. Participants will learn in a safe, controlled, relaxed, fun environment.
Early registration is encouraged. Last year's clinic was filled to capacity.
