Savor the Flavor at Annual Rotary Event

If you have trouble deciding which of Strongsville’s great restaurants to go to for dinner, the Rotary Club of Strongsville has the perfect solution: Eat at all of them. 

Rotary’s second Savor the Flavor – A Taste in Strongsville, to be held Sunday, Oct. 9, at 4 p.m. at the , offers the chance to sample food from the best restaurants in and around Strongsville. Proceeds from the event will be donated to local food banks in Strongville, Berea, North Royalton, Middleburg Heights, Parma Heights and Brunswick.

Last year’s inaugural event, which featured food sampling stations from almost 30 first class restaurants, sold out with more than 500 attendees.

Along with food stations, this year’s event will feature wine tasting, silent and Chinese auctions, tableside entertainment and a cash bar. New this year will be a Private Dining Experience for 10, featuring a wine tasting hosted by WMJI’s John Lanigan, a long-time favorite Cleveland radio personality, and his wife, Sandy.

The Private Dining Experience also includes a private food sampling from all restaurants, one set of exclusive "Savor The Flavor" wine glasses per person, a personal room attendant, private entertainment, complimentary beverage and bar service and a complimentary First Edition of the "Savor The Flavor" cookbook per person.

The cookbook, made up of favorite recipes of Strongsville Rotarians, will be available for sale during Savor the Flavor.

Tickets to Savor the Flavor are $40 per person, or $350 for a table of 10. The Private Dining Experience for 10 costs $650, and only two are available. For more information, or to order your tickets online, visit www.tasteofstrongsville.com.
