I would also give this place no stars! We have been here 3 or 4 times in the last few months. The last time in December was THE LAST TIME. They are the not family friendly. There were only a couple of drunk patrons, and were speaking profanity very loudly. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one there. finally a kitchen manager appeared and spoke to the men, really only calming them ( I guess till we left ). I called management later and was told " well mamm, this is a bar" So much for the family atmosphere. Service was also slow and not very attentive. Staff too busy texting I guess. It's a shame, because they have decent pizza and it would be nice to have another place to go in the area. It's not this one!

If there ever was a restraunt that warrented being closed down, it is this one. If you like waiting 45 minutes to get asked what you'd like to order, this is your place. I ordered spaghetti thinking that you can't ruin that, boy was I wrong. Ragu is light years ahead of the tomato sauce they poured over the top. The waitress never brought the salad which comes with the meal until I asked for it when handed the spaghetti. Half way thru the meal, I just stopped and shifted over to the sald (I couldn't eat this swill any longer)! Then, a young man approached me and said I have the bread that goes with yout meal, did you want it? This was after I pushed the spaghetti aside and placed my napkin over it! If you really want to torture yourself, you've found a home here!

Brian M- Terrible service!!!!! Just went last night , worst experience waited an hr after ordering food and never received. Waitress crying in the corner, cook is trying to be a waiter. I asked for manager or owner but not present. I walked out and had to take my family to Burger King. I recommend to stay away unless you eat somewhere else first and then go there just to watch the three ring circus!!!!!!!

I would give a '0' star rating if I could after last night's experience. Horrible service due to inadequate staffing (1 waitress on the floor and 1 bartender that never came out from behind the bar). After waiting 45 minutes for our order to be taken (we arrived at 8:00 p.m. and there were three tables that had already been served their food, so it wasn't like there was a rush on the kitchen) we received bone-in wings instead of boneless as ordered, ordered the 1/4 lb hot dog and fries, but when the 1/4 lb hot dog was served it was a regular sized dog that had been nuked, not cooked on the flat top as usual and no fries because the kitchen was 'closed', boneless wings were stone cold in the center. Asked for adjustment to bill for poor quality food - waitress looked at me with as if I had grown three heads. I am more than willing to pay for what I order, but I expect what I order to be edible. To top it off, when we paid our bills the waitress charged my bill to my friend's credit card and my friend's bill to my credit card. When we notified her of the mistake she just apologized and looked embarassed. This was an abyssmal experience and unfortunately probably my last wtih this establishment unless they make adjustments. Time needs to be spent training their wait staff and they should not leave a waitress on the floor alone after only three days. If you own a restaurant invest time in it to make it a success!

Visited this restaurant again last night hoping that the management would clean up its act and figure out to operate a restaurant. This was not the case. We started coming here when the establishment first opened back in June with high hopes that this would be an asset to our neighborhood and surrounding communities. Over the summer, we visited 5 times, and each time was actually worse than the previous. Last evening was just a disaster. We arrived at 8 PM hoping to have dinner and watch election results. There was one waitress, and a bartender. It took the waitress 20 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink and another 15 minutes to take our order. When our food finally arrived, we were told that we could not get french fries because the kitchen had closed. The kitchen closing hours are not posted anywhere in the restaurant nor on the menu. We ordered boneless wings, and we received bone in wings. The waitress brought out the boneless wing order only to discover that the middle of all wings were ice cold/nearly frozen. She also told us that she was leaving and we would have to pay our tab. We complained about the wings and offered to pay for everything but the wings since we could not eat them. By 9:30 PM, we still did not receive an edible dinner. The waitress kept appologizing, and although most of this was not her fault, she made many mistakes, like no silverware nor napkins. We ended paying for the entire meal, and will be contacting the manager today.

We thought we would give this place a try. Terrible service and customer appreciation. We ordered a deluxe pizza and the waitress had to check to make sure they had it...really? There were only 2 waitresses which wasn't enough at all. We waited for drink refills, got the wrong order and the owner was sitting at the bar chatting it up with girls while the waitresses had trouble keeping up with orders. For being brand new it was also very dirty and flies were landing on our pizza! I have never seen a bar run this unorganized. I would not recommend it!

Very very poor service! Tried it 2 times and cant believe how bad it is! You can tell they have no idea how to run the place!
