Kinsner is the newest of the seven elementary school buildings in the Strongsville City School District, which has been rated "Excellent" by the state since 2002. Kinsner has an active PTA and offers a number of activities for students, including student council, Kids Into Plants, band, orchestra, chorus, "The Morning Announcement Show" and intramural activities. The principal is Ervin Reed.
