The MANAGER there is HORRIBLE with CUSTOMER SERVICE! Her feelings got hurt and she tells you to go to ANOTHER SALON! I have been in CUSTOMER SERVICE< (Trainer), and if I EVER TOLD SOMEONE to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU as the MANAGER BETTER BE LOOKING for ANOTHER JOB! When we get our hair colored or cut for the first time by ANYONE, we want some feed back. I don't want someone who can't do these services and I DIDN"T ASK. "Can the STYLISH look at a picture and cut such as". How would YOU EVER get NEW and EXSITING customers if they were VERY UNHAPPY? BEWARE of HER! I rate a 1 because the girl that colored my hair was HONEST and is doing BEST to her experience. Corporate will be contacted.

My family and I have been going to the SmartStyle at Walmart in Strongsville for about a year now, and have gotten service that was just fine. Maybe it's a different manager than the other person who wrote the negative review? Anyway - Karen Love cuts our hair and we like her lots.
