I have used this company several times over the last few years and they have successfully lowered my taxes each time. You probably can do the work yourself but for the low price and guarantee, I prefer to have them do it for me.
They are unprofessional and will lie to get your business. The complaint they filed on my behalf was rejected by the county. They failed to help me through the process. Lied about the contract. Fail to answer phone or return voice mails. Never hire them unless you want to lose your money. What they claim to do for you, can be easily done by yourself!!
