Emmitt Smith is wanted by U.S. Marshals as the Fugitive of the Week.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Emmitt Smith a.k.a. “E”. Smith is wanted by the U.S. Marshals for violating conditions of his federal supervised release. Smith is also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office for obstruction of justice. Smith is accused of performing a drug transaction on Nov. 14, 2012. When Cleveland police attempted to stop Smith, he led them on a high speed chase, driving through several lawns and endangering public safety. Smith, 30, is a black male standing approximately 6 feet 1 inch and weighing 245 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Smith is suspected to be hiding out somewhere on Cleveland's westside. He …

Deandre Fluellen is also accused of violating his probation; his original charges were drug trafficking and carrying a concealed weapon
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Deandre Fluellen, who is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the ATF. Fluellen, 34, is accused of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He is also accused of violating his parole. Fluellen's original charges were drug trafficking and carrying a concealed weapon. Fluellen is a black man who is about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes. Fluellen is known to frequent the Collingwood area and he used to live near the 800 block of Alhambra Road in Cleveland. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force recently updated and released its list of the most wanted fugitives in the region. Their charges include homicide, rape and felonious assault. They should be considered dangerous. For more information about each fugitive in the “Dangerous Dozen,” click on his photo in the PDF above, or visit the task force’s website. Most of the men above were featured in the last most wanted list, but there is a new fugitive to replace a case that was closed. According to a press release from the task force, there have been 107 fugitives featured since this list began in May 2010.
