Watchful Resident Needs a Break; Dangerous Mischief; and Reckless Driver: Police Blotter

The following was obtained from Strongsville poilce reports. It does not indicate convictions.

Dangerous mischief Three children were spotted shooting squirrels off the 19000 block of Knowlton Parkway on Feb. 21 at 2:45 p.m., according to a Strongsville police report. Officers responded to the scene and followed their tracks in the snow, but were unable to locate the trio. It wasn’t clear what kind of gun they were using. Paranoid neighbor  On Feb. 20 at 9:35 p.m., a Strongsville resident called police after she observed a woman in a car talking on her cell phone. When the woman saw the resident staring at her, she drove off, according to the police report. The resident then noticed fresh footprints leading up to her door and became frightened.
