A Peek Inside Another Home in Avery Walden
Price is reduced on this model
The following information was provided by the Strongsville police department
An angry homeowner is apparently taking aim at a builder in the Avery Walden development. Police were called to Calderdale Lane Saturday because signs were once again damaged. For the third week in a row, someone has written on the Pulte signs at the front of the development -- changing the price on the signs from $350,000 to $850,000. A report said the current homeowners in the development are upset because Pulte is now selling houses for less than what they paid. The damage is typically being done on the weekends, the report said.

I believe the housing market crashed in 2007, not during Obama's term. Additionally, a developer doesn't sell homes, he sells lots. Great comments though.   more ›
