Survey ranks Strongsville 64th of 81 Ohio markets in affordable housing
The typical four-bedroom home in Strongsville lists for $241,728 -- more than the Ohio average but less than the national, according to a survey by Coldwell Banker Real Estate. The company's 2011 Home Listing Report compared the price of four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes in 81 Ohio markets between Sept. 2010 and March 2011. In total, the survey looked at more than 2,300 North American markets. Cleveland was the least expensive market in Ohio at $76,042, while Upper Arlington was 81st, with an average home price of $390,236. Strongsville ranked 64th.
