Four of the 12 lots in Cedar Creek have been sold, with another sale pending, according to agent Irene Iammarino. The subdivision is off Prospect Road, just north of Breckenridge Lane. It was created by local developer Ed Lechler, who said he wanted to fill a void in Strongsville for people looking to build upscale homes on larger lots.
