Target in Strongsville to Start Selling Produce
Store will be among first in area to offer veggies, fruit, meat
The Strongsville Target store will be among the first in northeast Ohio to offer fresh produce and meat. Renovations are under way now for the new section, which will offer things like bananas, strawberries, apples, bagged lettuce, potatoes and onions, as well as packaged ground beef, chicken and pork. The new section will open March 23. "We're excited about it," said Courtney Majewski, guest services team leader at the Strongsville store. Majewski said renovations are also under way at the Target in Fairview Park, and all area stores will eventually get a produce section.
