Branic, 88, a WWII Navy veteran, passed peacefully into eternal life at home surrounded by his loving family. Francis was third of six children born to Andrew and Julia Branic of Altoona, PA. During the war, he served as a radio operator on the SS New York and later married his hometown sweetheart Mary Ann Fox. Their marriage has been a testimony of love and faith for sixty years. He was a resident of Strongsville and a faithful member of St. Joseph Church for fifty-three years.
