I uploaded a picture of the westbound light on 82 after the 71 south on ramp ........ in which you can clearly see all 3 lanes are broken white line (which means you are free to go into them) and those 3 lanes are all broken lines all the way to howe .....the 4th lane is solid for 71 south only

for the clueless the solid white line after Howe is for the 4th lane that starts AFTER BP and is for 71 south traffic ..... now the solid white line for 71 north traffic does not begin until 100 ft after the traffic light on the bridge .....so those who sit on howe for 3 lights in the right lane in the morning ....do so because they do not know the traffic laws or patterns

I went to parma during the teachers strike of 78 and anyone who did not go to school during the strike that did not attend the state minimum (32 weeks 160 days) either had to attend summer school ...........or repeated the grade ......... these numbers are regulated by the ODE not at the local level
