Cravings and How to Deconstruct Them

Why do you crave foods?  Are cravings due to a lack of will-power?
Cravings are critical pieces of information that tell you what your body needs in order to maintain balance.  It is important to understand why you crave what you crave.  Perhaps your diet is too restrictive or lacking vital essential nutrients.  Perhaps you are living a lifestyle that is too boring or stressful.  The key to stopping the craving is to understand why you are having the craving and deliver what your body really needs.
In this workshop we will – 
• Discuss cravings and what they really mean• Learn how to deconstruct cravings• Learn healthier versions of what you crave• Discuss the primary causes for cravings
