Self-defense expert Jeff Ellis will again conduct "Don't Be a Victim," a workshop for women, from 2-4 p.m. Jan. 28 at , 17112 Pearl Rd. in Strongsville.
Women will learn how to identify risk factors and simple techniques to stop an attacker.
