Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride, and must be accompanied by a parent or adult. Personal toboggans are not allowed at the facility and riders must wear either gloves or mittens.
Food and beverages may be brought into the grounds, but cannot be taken into the Chalet building. The chutes are open on Fridays from 6-10:30 p.m., Saturdays from 12-10:30 p.m. and Sundays from 12-5 p.m. In January and February, the chutes are open on Thursdays, too, from 6-10 p.m.
