Liquor Permit Issues Resolved for 2 Businesses

One withdrawn, one cleared

Two issues regarding liquor permits and Strongsville businesses have been resolved.

Law Director Ken Kraus said the city has withdrawn its objection to a liquor license at the new 7-Eleven store at 16625 Royalton Rd. -- inside the BP station -- because the business has taken care of building code violations.

And O'Charley's, the restaurant proposed for 8913 Pearl Rd., near Whitney Road, has agreed its application was premature and withdrawn it, Kraus said.

The restaurant is expected to submit a new application after its plans are approved.
