Architectural Justice gets go-ahead to build in center of town

The Strongsville Planning Commission has cleared the way for a home remodeling firm to open a showroom at the corner of Pearl and Westwood.

Architectural Justice, which is based in Medina, has purchased the old Vining's gas station site at 13593 Pearl Rd., in front of the Strongsville police station.

James Justice said he wants to offer customers pastries and coffee inside the showroom, and also offer refreshments outside, amid the outdoor cast stone displays.

During warm weather, customers could have coffee outside in the morning, and desserts and even small-plate offerings in the evenings, Justice said.

The former gas station has been used by Center Towing.

Plans call for the company to remodel the former gas station building and add a second story.

Justice said in October he picked Strongsville for a second location because many of his customers live here.

"Strongsville has been a great community for us," he said.
