15 Homes in Foreclosure Going to Sheriff's Sale in February

One of the Strongsville properties is valued at $270,000

 

Fifteen homes in foreclosure will be auctioned at sheriff's sales in February, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

In January, six Strongsville properties were sold at auction and five were withdrawn by the court or by bankruptcy.

February's homes range in value from $55,000 for a Royalton Road property to $270,000 for a house on Northwood Trail. 

All are described as single-family dwellings with two- or three-car garages.
