Someone shot an arrow into a house on Homestead Park early Wednesday.
Homeowners found a small arrow stuck into the aluminum siding near a large bay window shortly before 9 a.m.
The arrow, about 18 inches long, may have come from a crossbow, police said.
There have been no other reports of arrows being shot at houses, buildings or people.
"We have no other incidents before then or since," Detective Lt. John Janowski said.
A report said it appeared the arrow was on an upward trajectory, but the path could have been shifted by a tree or shrub.
