What's That?

Someone reported two suspicious canisters in the middle of Royalton Road near I-71 about 12:30 p.m. April 16.

Police found the items on the sidewalk, not the road, and said they were some kind of weights, not canisters.

Officers called the Service Department to remove them.

You Don't Say

A passerby on Big Creek Parkway April 15 felt it was suspicious that two people were sitting on a bench, smoking a pipe, a report said.

In a Van Down By the Office Supply Store

Employees at the Staples plaza reported a van parked near the fence for a few weeks.

The witness said it looks like someone is living in it because there are blankets over the windows.

The owner admitted he was, in fact, living in the van. He was told he couldn't stay there and said he'd move along.
