Police were called to Dillard's at SouthPark Mall about 9:40 p.m. Friday by a woman who said she worked there and was locked in the store.
Getting her out proved to be no easy task. Officers called the manager who worked that night, then an assistant manager, but couldn't reach either.
They then left messages with two other employees.
About 10:05 p.m., the manager called back to say another employee was returning with a key.
The employee was freed about 10:15 p.m.
