Highway Patrol Releases Video on Dangers of Impaired Driving

Footage shows actual DUI arrest.

The Ohio Highway Patrol, anticipating heavier than usual traffic over the Thanksgiving weekend, has released a video that could dampen some enthusiasm for holiday spirits.
