The following information was provided by the Strongsville Police Department

Kids playing in a Howe Road front yard Sept. 27 told police they were filmed by someone in a burgundy minivan about 6 p.m.

A report said someone drove the van slowly northbound, while a man sat in the back, with the hatch open, videotaping driveways as they went by.

The man with the camera was in his 40s and wearing a red hat, the report said.

The van was holding up traffic, but did not stop. The man didn't make any gestures or say anything to the girls playing in their yard.
