Police Blotter: Mischief-Makers Caught; Seller Sends Box of Rocks
The following information was provided by the Strongsville police department
Two teens who were out bothering neighbors were nabbed shortly before midnight Dec. 1.
A Badger Den Lane woman reported about 11:50 p.m. that someone had knocked on her window three times in the last hour.

She called back a few minutes later to say she saw two kids running across her yard and throwing large chunks of sidewalk chalk at her windows.
Officers found chalk at another nearby house and spoke with the owner, who said his 14-year-old son and his friend were out and about.

Both boys admitted to the mischief. The woman said she was fine with their parents handling punishment.
I Got a Rock
A Bardford Court resident reported ordering an item on eBay and receiving a box of rocks.
The report did not say what was ordered, but it was apparently not rocks.
Leave them Over There
A Chestnut Drive resident complained Dec. 2 after seeing a neighbor put his leaves on a tarp, drag it across the street and put it on the caller's treelawn.
Officers told the raker to take his leaves back.
Fight at Rec Center
Police were called to the Ehrnfelt Recreation Center about 7:30 p.m. Dec. 2 when two women got into a fight on the basketball court.
Officers learned one of the women had an active arrest warrant from Macedonia for contempt of court.
They met Macedonia officers at the I-77 entrance on Royalton Road and handed over the woman.
