Unwelcome Texts

A dad reported that his 11-year-old daughter is getting texts on her phone from an unknown male in Washington.

Police found the number "Justin" was texting from was not an active phone number, but was created by a website.

The family planned to change the girl's number, but wanted police to be aware of Justin in case anyone else calls to complain about him.
