Fireworks Show Will Be Better than Ever in Strongsville, Mayor Says

Donations for Fourth of July display exceed past years

Mayor Tom Perciak said Strongsville's Fourth of July fireworks show promises to be "like no other" because of unexpected donations.

"It is absolutely remarkable how the business community has stepped up this year," Perciak said.

The annual show is funded by donations from local groups and businesses.

Perciak promised a "fantastic" show that should last at least a half hour.

The fireworks will go off at dusk on Thursday, July 4 at the athletic fields on Foltz Parkway, next to City Hall.
