Strongsville Will Shred Your Documents Saturday

Have confidential papers destroyed June 8 at City Hall

Do you have confidential papers that need to be shredded? Bring your documents to Strongsville City Hall, 16099 Foltz Parkway, on Saturday, June 8.

Drop-off is 9 a.m. to noon.

Jennifer Milbrandt, coordinator of natural resources for Strongsville, said it will be a drive-through event.

Residents will drive through the line, where volunteers will assist them with unloading and dumping their bags or boxes into the shred containers.

Acceptable items:
 (Small paper clips and staples can be still attached) Accounting ledger paper, adding machine tape, advertisements, booklets/brochures, copy machine paper, colored paper - 20 pound, computer paper, envelopes, faxes, manila file folders, greeting cards, laser printer paper, legal pad paper, Post-it notes, NCR paper, receipts and all types of white paper.

Items NOT accepted: Newspapers, phone books, magazines, binders, books, pendaflex folders, food and candy wrappers, waxed paper, photographs, napkins and styrofoam containers.
