Community Update

They are total liers. I did everything they asked for over a year now. Then when they couldn't lower my taxes they tried to say I needed to go to Columbus ( after I had taken a day off to go to the county office) to fight the taxes again or not get my refund. I have 4 houses and they didn't lower one. I have the original paperwork and it states nothing about the state appeal board, only the county appeal board. I had to write on the form for the state appeal board that this doesn't void my warranty b/c the form says not going to Columbus and waiving my right to refund. So, if late in the process, they haven't delivered, they pull out the standard rip off the customer form added requirements whenever. Don't go to them.
