A veteran of more than 25 years of sports media experience, Dale Meggas is a graduate of The Ohio State University in journalism with a Master's degree in sports administration from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Ill. 
He followed stints with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in Kansas City with a number of years experience in sports reporting at the Cleveland Plain Dealer before working for 20 years at Sun News.
